Letter for sick leave

                               I beg to say that I am a student of 10^th class in your school. Today I feel very sick. I am suffering from fever. My doctor came and told my father that I take rest for more than 3 days, So, I cannot come today. Please grant me leave for three days. Thanks for accepting my letter.
